Where is my order?
If your package is in transit longer than the expected delivery time, it may have been delayed. We would therefore like to ask you at least 7 days after the expected delivery date.

*Not every product receives a tracking link for shipment by default. If tracking is not included it is still offered for €2.90 on the cart and checkout page.

**If you order more than 1 product, there is a chance that the package will be too big for the mailbox. For example, consider 3 sunglasses, multiple fanny packs, etc.

  • Returns can be made under the following conditions:
  • The product must not be soiled/dirty.

  • The package(s) must be in good condition.
  • The return must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The purchase amount will be refunded by the same method of payment.

Returns at MATTISE are usually processed on Fridays. In a hurry? Then drop us a message and we'll get right on it.

I bought the product from a MATTISE outlet, what now?
If the product was purchased from a retailer of ours, you can return the product there under their own terms and conditions.
